Inside, a custom waterfall countertop doubles as a large flip-up extension for added prep space. A two-person bench seat swivels against the wall when parked to maximize the living area, while a custom pull-out espresso station creates a true onboard coffee shop setup. A floor-to-ceiling cabinet consolidates key amenities, including a pull-out drawer for the Laveo Dry Flush toilet, a 12V refrigerator, and a microwave/air fryer combo. Equipped with 2 captains seats, a 24” TV, Starlink, Dometic NRX 115 Fridge, Dometic RTX 2000 A/C, Convertible Queen Bed to mini dinette, and Camplux outdoor shower.

"Digital Nomad Van"

This fully custom Ram ProMaster 159WB was built for a couple planning extended travel while working remotely from the road. Crafted with flexibility in mind, the interior features custom Sapele upper cabinets and matching countertops that bring a warm, refined feel to the space. Multiple integrated work and living surfaces, including pull out workstations, a fold up countertop extension, collapsible dining table, and fold down exterior bourbon table, allow the van to shift easily between productivity and relaxation. A hidden convertible indoor shower preserves an open layout when not in use, while a floor to ceiling wardrobe cabinet, custom dog crate, and foldable two person bench add practical versatility. "Fishing Expo Van"

Built as a true tackle box on wheels, this custom Mercedes Sprinter 170 EXT WB was designed as a mobile marketing rig for expo to expo activation. The interior features highly organized storage with custom cabinets, drawers, and a Decked storage system to keep gear, product, and display materials secure, accessible, and ready for fast deployment. Every storage zone is optimized for efficient setup and clean breakdown at events. On the exterior, a roof rack, awning, and rear door carriers enhance both cargo capacity and its outdoor adventure aesthetic. The layout includes a two person bench seat on a Limitless Vans swivel plate that rotates and stows to open up the living space when parked. A custom Boondock Van Co “Extendo” bed sleeps north to south, then slides into itself to maximize floor space during the day. Comfort features include a Dometic RTX 2000 air conditioner, Maxxair fan, Velit gas heater, Dometic NRX 115 refrigerator, Laveo Dry Flush toilet, Camplux instant hot water system, and an outdoor shower. With high-end finishes on the upper cabinets, this build offers both style and functionality. The layout comfortably seats two and sleeps two, featuring individual twin mattresses for a spacious and restful setup.

Equipped with a fixed indoor shower, outdoor shower, and a 4-gallon water heater, this van ensures comfort no matter where the road leads. Climate control is handled by a MaxxAir Fan, Dometic RTX 2000 12V air conditioner, and a diesel heater for all-season travel. Climate control is handled by a Dometic RTX 2000 12V air conditioner and a Webasto heater, ensuring a comfortable environment year-round. Additional features like a jump seat and a wheelchair lift make this van accessible and accommodating for all clients.

Powered by 600AH Battle Born Lithium Batteries, a 3000W Victron inverter/charger, 525W solar panels with MPPT charge controller, and a 30 Amp Orion DC/DC charger, "The Beast" blends luxury with off-road capability, ensuring adventures are limitless and comfortable.

The Justice Bus - Built for Pisgah Legal Services

Pisgah Legal’s newest tool to combat poverty in Western North Carolina is about to hit the road! The Justice Bus will serve as a mobile office, allowing Pisgah Legal staff to reach people in the most rural parts of our mountain region—people who often lack transportation or internet service. We added two rows of seating for up to 6 passengers to equip the Justice Bus. There is ample consultation space in the back half of the van. Built-in Wi-Fi, diesel heater, Dometic RTX 2000 12V AC unit, 12V fridge/freezer, large printer, flat screen TV/monitor, and upper cabinetry.
