This Mercedes Sprinter 170 was built for long-term off-grid adventurous living. Built out with a shower stall, compost toilet, queen-sized bed, full kitchenette, plenty of storage, and lots of electronic luxuries for long-term boondocking in mind.
Cascade
Built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 170WB chassis, Cascade is designed for comfort and adventure with a spacious, almost king-size bed that ensures restful nights on the road. The layout seats two and sleeps two, making it perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a high-end, off-grid experience.
This build includes a fixed indoor shower and outdoor shower for convenience, along with a two-burner propane cooktop and bamboo countertops that add a touch of natural elegance. Climate control is handled by a MaxxAir fan and a diesel heater, keeping the interior comfortable in any season. Full Send – Custom Upfit
Built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 170WB chassis, this custom Full Send package was designed for a client who wanted an upscale adventure van with a personalized layout. With high-end finishes on the upper cabinets, this build offers both style and functionality. The layout comfortably seats two and sleeps two, featuring individual twin mattresses for a spacious and restful setup.
Equipped with a fixed indoor shower, outdoor shower, and a 4-gallon water heater, this van ensures comfort no matter where the road leads. Climate control is handled by a MaxxAir Fan, Dometic RTX 2000 12V air conditioner, and a diesel heater for all-season travel. A two-burner induction cooktop makes meal prep easy, while the 690AH lithium battery bank and 3000W inverter charger provide reliable off-grid power. SC Legal

Climate control is handled by a Dometic RTX 2000 12V air conditioner and a Webasto heater, ensuring a comfortable environment year-round. Smoky the Van
Smoky is our BVC Show Van, built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 144WB chassis, designed to showcase the best of what we do. Rugged yet versatile, this camper van is packed with modular components that make it perfect for families and adventure seekers alike. With seating for four and sleeping space for up to four, it features soft upper cabinets from Van Essentials for lightweight storage and a telescoping platform bed that maximizes space during the day. The Wilderness Vans two-person bench seat easily converts into a small bed, making it a flexible setup for any journey.

It features a TetraVan indoor shower, a large 7.5 cubic ft. 12V fridge, a propane oven/stove combo, spacious sink, Cruise N Comfort AC, diesel heater, MaxxFan, surround sound system, queen-size mattress, outdoor shower, Laveo dry flush toilet, and extensive storage. Powered by 600AH Battle Born Lithium Batteries, a 3000W Victron inverter/charger, 525W solar panels with MPPT charge controller, and a 30 Amp Orion DC/DC charger, "The Beast" blends luxury with off-road capability, ensuring adventures are limitless and comfortable.
The Justice Bus - Built for Pisgah Legal Services
Pisgah Legal’s newest tool to combat poverty in Western North Carolina is about to hit the road! The Justice Bus will serve as a mobile office, allowing Pisgah Legal staff to reach people in the most rural parts of our mountain region—people who often lack transportation or internet service. We added two rows of seating for up to 6 passengers to equip the Justice Bus. There is ample consultation space in the back half of the van. Built-in Wi-Fi, diesel heater, Dometic RTX 2000 12V AC unit, 12V fridge/freezer, large printer, flat screen TV/monitor, and upper cabinetry.
